Hi, I’m Ebony—a speaker, writer, and leader passionate about helping people grow in their faith, purpose, and everyday lives. I believe the most meaningful conversations happen when we’re willing to be honest about our journeys, embrace God’s grace, and encourage one another along the way.

My journey has been anything but ordinary. I spent eight years serving in the U.S. Army before building a 20+ year career in human resources, technology, and leadership across government, nonprofit, and private‑sector organizations. I hold a master’s degree in Human Resource Management, HR certifications, and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Today, I lead technical and functional professionals based in the U.S. and India.
Entrepreneurship has also shaped my path. For eight years, I launched and operated my own staffing firm, supporting medical professionals with comprehensive HR services. I also managed a highly successful Airbnb, blending hospitality, business strategy, and customer experience.
Through every chapter of my career, one truth has remained constant: leadership is not about titles. It’s about serving people with wisdom, integrity, and compassion. That belief guides how I show up in my work, my community, and the spaces where I hope to speak, teach, and inspire.
Beyond my professional life, I’m a woman of faith, a mom, a grandmother, a traveler, and someone who has experienced both incredible joy and deep loss. Those experiences have shaped my perspective and strengthened my belief that every season has purpose.

Whether I’m exploring a new city, watching the sunrise over the ocean, hiking in the mountains, or laughing through a great comedy show, I’m constantly reminded that God often speaks through life’s simplest moments.

Coffee Chats with Christ is an extension of that belief. It’s a place where faith meets real life—where we have honest conversations about purpose, leadership, healing, relationships, personal growth, and trusting God through every season. My prayer is that you’ll leave each visit encouraged, equipped, and inspired to live with greater faith, courage, and intention. Welcome—I’m so glad you’re here.
